Add a Little competition to the Power Crossing exercise program!

The Head to Head Challenge™ is actually two activities in one. It consists of two identical crossing mats. Set them parallel to each other (about six feet apart) and challenge others to a “Cross the mat race”, or set the mats end to end and have a long crossing challenge. Each mat has ten sets of hands marked on the mats that are set up to make the user take a variety of different positions, each of which uses different muscle groups. The progression sheet and activity guide will describe many ways to cross the mats using different positions and repetitions. Most activities start with the user in a push-up position. From there the progression sheet will show variations that grow in difficulty. These exercises are designed to develop the upper body and core muscle groups. Students will love the challenge of racing others while getting a great workout
